FaZe Clan Enter Valorant with JasonR and Corey
The American esports organization FaZe Clan has opened a VALORANT division. The first players of the roster are Jason "jasonR" Ruchelski and Corey "corey" Nigra.
The 25-years-old Canadian player and streamer JasonR will be the team’s captain – earlier he professionally played in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive between 2013 and 2017, having most success with Splyce and OpTic Gaming. Corey is a 21-years-old player from the United States, who earlier competed in Overwatch for Evil Geniuses, Gladiators Legion and Washington Justice.
Earlier a number of established esports organizations announced that they would compete in VALORANT, signing mostly former CS:GO players. For example, T1’s roster includes Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham and Braxton "brax" Pierce, G2 Esports roster will be led by Oscar "mixwell" Coloch, while recently Spencer "Hiko" Martin became the leader of 100 Thieves roster.
