Chaos EC Place First at IEM XV Beijing: North America
Chaos Esports Club have emerged victorious at IEM XV Beijing: North America after defeating Triumph in the grand finals. The champions have been awarded $35,000 in prize money and secured a ticket to IEM XV – Global Challenge.
Both finalists finished the group stage with 2-1 score. Later in the semifinals Chaos EC defeated Evil Geniuses (2-1), while Triump outplayed Team Liquid (2-1). The grand finals concluded with the 3-1 score – Triumph managed to win on Mirage (16:11), while Chaos beat their opponents on Train (16:5), Overpass (16:5) and Nuke (16:14).

The victory granted Chaos EC a spot at IEM XV – Global Challenge, where next month they will compete for $500,000 with Heroic, FURIA, Vitality and four leaders of the ESL world ranking.
