Astralis and NAVI among Invited to IEM XV Global Challenge

With the conclusion of IEM XV Beijing-Haidian Online and the update of ESL world ranking, we now have the full line-up for the upcoming online event IEM XV – Global Challenge. The list includes four qualified teams and four teams from the ranking; it looks as follows:

• Heroic – winner of DreamHack Open Fall EU
• FURIA Esports – winner of IEM New York NA
• Team Vitality – winner of IEM Beijing-Haidian EU
• Chaos EC – winner of IEM Beijing Haidian NA
• Astralis and Complexity – EU rating
• Evil Geniuses – NA rating
• Natus Vincere – CIS rating

IEM XV – Global Challenge is scheduled for December 15th – 20th and will feature a $500,000 prize pool. Initially the event was planned to be held in a LAN-setting in Cologne, Germany, but was transitioned to online due to the increase in number of COVID-19 cases in Europe.
