ArtStyle Returns to Virtus.pro

After an extended period without a coach, Virtus.pro decided to return to the proven formula – with Ivan "Artstyle" Antonov helping the team’s in-game leader Alexey "Solo" Berezin. The addition comes right in time for one of the biggest events of the latest time, OMEGA League: Europe Immortal Division, where they will compete for a $500,000 prize pool.

ArtStyle used to coach Virtus.pro between 2017 and 2018, one of the most successful seasons for the team in their history. With him, the team managed to become the leaders the Dota Pro Circuit and place 5-6th at The International 2018. After leaving VP in September 2018, ArtStyle worked with several other CIS teams without much success, among them were Winstrike Team and EXTREMUM.

Virtus.pro have been competing without a coach since March, when they parted ways with Anatoly "boo1k" Ivanov. Since then the team emerged victorious at ESL One Los Angeles 2020 and PM League Season 3, as well as placed 2nd at Epic Prime League Season 1.

This week the team will start participating in OMEGA League, where they will play in Group A alongside 5men, Alliance, Evil Geniuses, Natus Vincere and Team Nigma. Their first series against Alliance is scheduled for August 14, 7:00 PM UK Time.
