ENCE Transition Twista to the Analyst Position

The Finish organization ENCE has announced that Slaava "Twista" Räsänen, who recently was banned by ESIC for the spectator bug abuse, will transition to the analyst position. The team is already looking for a new head coach and is ready to accept offers from candidates of any nationality.

Twista was one of the 37 coaches banned by ESIC – according to the commission’s investigation, he used the bug twice in 2017, being part of the iGame.com team. For this, he was suspended for about 16 months, including a 12.5% concession for a partially accepted confession.

Twista has been working with ENCE since late 2018. The coach helped the team to win BLAST Pro Series: Madrid 2019 and StarSeries i-League CS:GO Season 6, as well as to place second at IEM XIII – Katowice Major 2019. The organization has released a statement, in which they supports the ESIC decision, however note that “during his time at ENCE, Slaava has shown exceptional work ethic, moral and his track record is undeniable” and add that they do not “want his past mistakes to define his future with us“.
